Franchise Requirement
1. Shared Values and Brand Passion We’re looking for partners who align with UG Tea’s core values—innovation and care for nature. A strong connection to our brand philosophy and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, quality-driven experiences are what make great franchise partners. 2. Trust, Honesty, and Integrity Our ideal franchisees have no criminal or bankruptcy history and maintain a personal credit score of 700 or above. We value partners who make sound decisions and lead with integrity, and we expect the same from their close contacts and business affiliates. 3. Solid Financial Foundation Launching a UG store typically requires an investment between $300,000 and $680,000 USD. The cost depends on factors like location, renovation needs, and regional expenses. 4. Experience That Counts We’re looking for partners who know their local community and have a basic understanding of operations. For those applying for a single store, having some hands-on management experience and a background in food and beverage is a definite plus. If you’re interested in multiple stores, we ask for at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, along with good knowledge of your local market.
